This was my first total production, and I loved it!
For this show Anja and Erik contacted me as a choreographer, but as I started to think with them in the whole concept, they asked me to take over the full production. I couldn’t have done this without de Hairstore-team, and especially Caro van Bezooijen (marketing), further more: Kevin Joosten (responsible choreography) and Gwen Baijens (my assistant and show caller).
De hairstore represents several hair product brands, and with this event they want to show their old and new clients, who they are and who they represent. There were over 40 runway models, 8 dancers, artists like David Dam, musicians, DJ, and a lot of people backstage doing make up, hair, styling, hair and more hair. What did we do? 4 different choreographies, 5 different runway choreographies, production, video… A lot. And we liked it, A lot!
